What this service offers
One or more of the following examples of Modification & Maintenance could be provided in your own home by this service.
Modifications however need to be referred by an occupational therapist.
Modifications
- Internal/External ramps & rails
- Widen doorways
- Handheld showers
- Modify Bathrooms
Maintenance
- Minor repairs to gutters
- Install security locks
- Minor plumbing, ie washers, minor leaks, minor blockages
- Limited Lawn Mowing Services
- One off garden maintenance (low level, etc)
- Electrical—change light bulbs & switches
How much will it cost ?
Due to the limited availability of funding, you will be asked to pay for the cost of materials and a small hourly rate.
The amount charged will depend on your financial situation and the ability to contribute. Payments can be paid on completion of the job or in instalments, agreed upon between yourself and the CEO of Ourcare Services Ltd.
No one will be financially disadvantaged as a result of any Modification or Maintenance service provided by Ourcare Services Ltd.
